Staffing

We pride ourselves in having a very low staff turnover. We have strived over the years to develop a staff team that includes a wide age range, a variety of qualifications, a wealth of experience, flexibility and a commitment to providing the highest standards of care and education.

We encourage ongoing professional development which includes high quality short courses tailored to specific needs (eg Safeguarding Children, First Aid, Best practice with babies and toddlers, Chatting Matters…) , long term vocational training to meet our qualification requirements and further training to enhance our provision.

The nursery is led by a Director and Operational Manager. Each team of staff is led by a Senior Team Leader and consists of a combination of qualified and experienced staff.
